BROKEN /DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED ALTHOUGH WRITTEN FRAGILE ITEMS HANDLE WITH CARE ALL OVER THE BOX

I used this service The Courier Guy /Pudo had a parcel LOCK 354218 send from Cape Town Wednesday 24 Nov 2021 The sender wrote all over the box FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE ... I went to collect the Box this morning 27 NOV 2021 open the box 4 items BROKEN so I would like to know am I paying for a service that does not care and not take note ? Why would there be written FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE just to be ignored ? The items was packed and protected in bubble wrap and box completely closed and written all over FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE . I have the photos of the box and the packaging that was used for the items I can provide photos if needed. I want to know who is going to cover the cost of the damages I have had ?

I am not happy to receive items broken and unrepairable who is going to cover the costs of the item I now have to sit with that is damaged and unrepairable?

This is not acceptable I can't be paying for this service and receive my items broken beyond repair !!
