Brightened up my morning!

A huge thank you to Karabo Rampete (CSC Consultant) who assisted in sorting out a PUDO query today. What a lovely lady. Her calm, joy-filled voice and prompt solution was a breath of fresh air on a Monday morning. Call center operators have difficult jobs and take much abuse. Customers should realise that they are trained to advise, assist where possible and direct queries to the correct department. (They are not going to hop in their car, with a toolbox and rush to your home to fix things). And Karabo was a perfect example of a professional employee. You are a gem and an asset to TCG.
