Breaking equipment

Starting up my own business. Thought i should support courier guy to transport my packages to Volksrust and in the time being from JHB TO SECUNDA TO VOLKSRUST it was damaged and refuse to refund me. It was very expensive and repeatedly said it’s FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE and there drivers must please make sure they do that. Was going to use courier guy atleast Every 2 weeks to a month to courier my products but that won’t happen again. Can not trust Courier Guy with my packages and they don’t take responsibility for packaging that was only handled between their people and don’t even want to refund me my money for their negligence. I asked them repeatedly to please refund me my money that I payed because they don’t want to claim with insurance. Now i need to replace my own equipment that they broke.
