Breakages breakages breakages!!

Increased amount of breakages experienced as sender and receiver - unhappy!!! I have used them for over 5 years for my business - selling and buying antiques and art. Recently the amount of breakages have become totally unacceptable. It's harming my business. Some boxes look like they've been dropped from a dizzy height.
