Bots Rule at The Courier Guy

We have used The Courier Guy for years without any hassles. Recently we had to change our user name and password on our bank account which affect how we loaded funds to The Courier Guy account but there doesn't appear to be a way of updating their system. I have been trying to find out how to resolve this issue for two days now and only get to "talk" to a Bot who is worse than useless. Looks like we have to move our business to a new courier company.
