BOKEN BREAKABLES EVERY TIME !!!!!

I have used the courier guy for over 80 deliveries, BUT, two of those deliveries were breakable items which arrived at my clients BROKEN. The packaging couldn't have been more secure, more wrapped up, and more protected than what they were. One of the clients even complimented me on the packaging. YET BOTH arrived broken. What the hell do Pudo staff do with these packages? Play rugby !!!!!!!!????????? What the hell man.
