BLOEMFONTEIN BRANCH - FAIL TO DISPATCH OF OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Never had problems with The Courier Guy until I relocated to the Free State and started working through Bloemfontein branch. Booked a package for overnight delivery to Durbanville and paid R1,391 (instead of R310 for normal delivery) and 2 days later the package was dispatched to Johannesburg. My client is upset with ME, not with the courier. The same thing happened on the 28th of January. DO NOT ADVERTISE AND CHARGE FOR A SERVICE YOU CAN NOT DELIVER!!!!
