Black mailed by The courier guy!!

<p>Hi i use couriers on a daily basis round 100 plus times a month, its part of my business for many years , recently changed over to courier guy to give them a try and low and behold i send a parcel with them my scale says 13kgs i sent 12 of the exact same parcels in one month via other couriers with no issues this one parcel via courier guy gets collected they warn me via emails its 16 kgs and bigger than my dimensions given only few cms i immediately reply and say well return parcel i am not paying that ridiculous amount extra for the parcel , what do they do they go ahead and ship it to JHB and now they are trying to ****** the money out of me by saying well its already there you have to pay we will not return it is pure black mail and i am sure they run this little racket with many clients that desperate to get the parcel but sorry courier guy i know this little racket from past experiences with couriers you lost a client now that sends 100 – 200plus parcels a month</p>
