Beyond pathetic service

Where is the minus 10 rating, this is how pathetic their service is. How can you dispatch a parcel in the morning and then take it back to the depot and then have a "don't give a ****" attitude of it will only be dispatched again next week. They will carry the cost of not only the parcel but all extra costs and losses. It is beyond pathetic.
