Beyond dissatisfied

I honestly love the courier guy but they hire *********** drivers and consultants.A year ago they took more than 2 weeks to deliver my client's parcel and when it finally got there it was dirty and damaged,I had to refund my client,after talking to them via emails they just went mute on me without having the issue resolved.

Last week Friday I sent a parcel to another client in Bolobedu,it got to Tzaneen on Saturday,it still hasn't been delivered (Thursday) and after I called several times and being told that they have no idea when the parcel will be delivered I finally get someone that tells me that the area is serviced on Fridays which I understood then she changes her story and says the area gets serviced on Monday,I asked her why it wasn't delivered this past Monday if the area gets serviced on Mondays only,she had no answer and hung up on me.Now I have to spend extra money to have the parcel bolted from Tzaneen to Ga Motupa😡😡😡😡Worst service by far,if I could give them negative 1 stars I would.
