Beyond absurd!

The Courier Guy does not even deserve any stars at this point!

I paid R700 for overnight delivery on Friday morning and had confirmed by 2 agents that my parcel would be at the Pinetown Depot on Saturday but because they dont do deliveries over the weekend I can fetch my parcel and would be here , phone on Saturday to tell me it not even going to leave Johannesburg and now its Monday its been in transit since 6 April and get told the parcel is only going to be arriving in Durban this evening!!

2 Business days and I still do not have my parcel and will only be delivered on the 3rd business day which is what their website does not state at all!
