Beware shipping heavy items and it gets damaged

Just a heads up to all people shipping heavy items with courierguy , something I learnt the hard way they do not warn you that if an item is over 50KG even if insured and they break it , they will not pay for it they then waste time for weeks until they whip out some fine print they have of this clause but yet you can book items that size on the booking portal ( I have many times)and they even gladly take the insurance money but no warning on the system of this clause , they will even refuse to ship item back at their expense even if they have totally destroyed the item. beware shipping heavy items
