Beware of how The Courier Guy is treating your parcels

The Courier Guy has not only become more expensive and MUCH slower, the service quality and attitude has changed to the worse I received a parcel from Joburg with plants and was luckily present at the time the truck from Joburg arrived at the South Coast Depot.

I took pictures from the damaged parcel in the truck as well as of the plants as they were sent and how the looked after unpacking. I sent these pictures to The Courier Guy asking for explanation why my parcel was treated like this and what they would do about it. Their only reply "case closed as unresolved" No apology, not even a greeting, no compensation. The customers get treated like trash as they treat the parcel. WHY DO WE ALLOW THEM THEM TO OPERATE LIKE THIS?
