Between Udo and Courier guy the service is terrible and not one take responsibility for the mess

Deposited last week Friday a parcel in the Pudo box, they dont give proper feedback and refer you back to Pudo email and app as their system is also offline from today and which doesnt work as the app cannot locate your parcel or 0 feedback from Pudo on what is happening with my items
