I just had the most WONDERFUL experience with The Courier Guy! I had been struggling for a week to reach anyone that could assist me with an error that I was experiencing and no luck until I reached an absolute angel, Promise Masilela! He stayed on the line with me, sending screenshots back and forth via email, until my issue was ultimately resolved. He was patient, kind, understanding and had a great sense of humor!
