I was initially going to give a bad review because of an incident of the driver who was very rude ! However after calling a few times and sending emails I eventually got access to @ZIAAN SECHEL/WHATSAPP AGENT who was one of the best call centre agents I have ever had the pleasure of talking with. He immediately was so nice and ensured my parcel got delivered same day. I’d recommend him to anyone.
