To one of the best Courier Companies that i have dealt with in a very long time. Wow what a crew they have from the support staff to the agents that work on the phones at each location, they really do go the extra mile for their customers with no doubt one of the best that i have come across. I can honestly say from the person that you speak to on the chat like Samanatha Govender and Ray at the Pietermaritzburg Branch They really know how to make a customer feel important and feel like you are like their only customer. From taking your every call and from answering every chat and even able to change the delivery address without any problem at all. Always keeping you up to date with what is going on with the item that you are waiting for. If we had more people like this in any company many businesses would have much more happier and satisfied customers. Again from me well done to the entire Courier Guys teams.
