Bermuda triangle

What is the problem with the courier guy these days, complaints everywhere (found them after my package never arrived). Would never use them again or any company who uses them for my deliveries. The courier guy seems to be the South African version of the Bermuda triangle. What are they doing with our packages? Are they taking it home to share with friends and family? Never mind the endless hours of getting no answers from them.
