Being taken for a ride by The Courier Guy

Had to write this cause I cannot be disappointed twice in 1 week by Courier guy service, first. I waited for a the locker pin to collect from PUDO only to be told that the parcel was returned to depot/HUB without me receiving a pin informing me the parcel is ready for collection. I ordered via Waltons and unfortunately they use Courier Guy for deliveries, I waited for delivery I even called their office, I was told order will be delivered 10.01.2025 by 17:00, they did not show up. Monday I call to find out what happened they tell me Waltons wrote an incorrect delivery address that is why the parcel was not delivered, so where were they going to delivery the parcel on Friday if the address was wrong.
