Behind the Time

I have been trying to open a corporate account for over 3 weeks now. Eventually, we got someone to help, only to be told we need to complete a physical contract (that needs input from 3 departments) and it has to be shipped around the country. We wanted to use The Courier Guy because of the distribution network, but if this is the customer management side, i dont think its a good long-term fit.
