Beef up your administrative support!!

Kiosk service in Jeffreys Bay excellent, but Head Office has the most unfriendly, unhelpful staff, who are clearly not getting along with each other. I have made a pre-payment on 26 November with a reference provided by Head Office, that turned out to be incorrect. My account is still frozen and I can't use the service I have purchased. It is now 12 February and I am still providing proofs of payment to get my money allocated to my account! PFFFF!
