Be honest with people about the locations you cater for and stop taking their money and not delivering the service

I don’t understand why courier guy lets people from the township pay for delivery if they know they won’t deliver to their homes. It is absolutely diabolical how I paid for delivery for my order with Makro and courier guy calls me to meet them at a pick up point for my order. It’s either they deliver to certain areas or not! And make that known so that we don’t use their services. Because I’m not paying for delivery and still be making my way to a “pick point” what was the point of me paying for delivery to begin with.
