Be careful before using the courier guy

Weve ordered mealworms from Jozi bugs,and they used The courier guy to do the delivery,when we received the package ,it ws damadged,and we lost 70%of the mealworms ,the package was picked up on day 1 and was delivered 3 days later,this was unacceptable,we complaint to Jozi bugs which did nothing about it,we complained to The courier guy , which told me to contact Bobgo,which was contracted during that time,but The courier guy was used ,paid for and receites from the courier guy received,but they refuse to take the matter further, pathetic useless, disrespectfull towards customers packages.
