Bag cut open and damaged

Disgusted with the way they handled my package!! Ordered dog food, they phoned to say the bag has a little tear in it and they have taped it up and when it arrived I was mortified. The packaging of the dog food is strong so was amazed when they said it was a bit damaged however it looks like a cut was actually made and not a small cut a huge one!! If this is how they handling dog food I would be very worried how they are with the more fragile items.
