Badly water damaged books delivered

Waybill nr KNSSBH My client got badly water damaged books delivered to him in Pretoria from the Cape Town branch. The boxes were wet and 28 books totally damaged.

I also spoke to a consultant on the WA line and got a reference number: ***

Please see photos of damaged books. It is not raining in Pretoria, it was collected in perfect order from a big printer in Cape Town inside a building.

I send books on a weekly base across SA. The reply I got from Courier Guy is that I did not pack the books properly?!? The books were shrinkwrapped in thick plastic, the box was SOAKING wet and the books irreparably damaged. One of two boxes. It was obviously left in pouring rain.

It was not damaged because of packaging, but WATER DAMAGE.
