Badly Damaged item and highly ***********!

Do not EVER use TheCourierGuy! We have bought a high valued painting on the 14th August in Pretoria to be delivered in Langebaan. After investigation where our painting was, TheCourierGuy confirmed that is was delivered and signed for by a stranger at a totally different address. TheCourierGuy then collected it from the wrong address and delivered the painting on Thursday 24th of August. When we opened the painting we found that the frame was badly damaged. As the painting was now delivered at our house, we told TheCourierGuy to take it back and have the frame fixed. They now refuse to take the painting. The painting was damaged between Johannesburg and Cape Town while it was with The Courier Guy. The Courier Guy has damaged the painting and distance themselves from this. They do not take responsibility for their actions and you as the customer must sit with the loss.
