Bad Taste in my mouth from this lot

When booking a shipment you are asked to put in aditional notes to witch I said please call 10 mins before arriving for pick upon so that I know what's happening and to ready whomever must give the parcel off ...........needless to say this didn't happen .I contacted Courier Guy through their portal and WhatsApp lines to get the parcel sent back and after allot of empty promises I'm still waiting for them just to reply this is verry bad service I'm f@**%n furious .....My clients aren't sorted and nether are we
