The parcel was deposited shortly thereafter in a dirty and sticky locker that has actually attracted fairly large ants.

It is now more than a week later and the system shows that the parcel has not been collected.

We have made various telephone calls and have had various excuses from that the parcel has been collected but is misplaced to the locker door being stuck and that a technician has been dispatched to investigate. The technician being dispatched happened on 2x different days.

Those are two totally opposing statements…. Misplaced vs a Stuck Door….

When this whole ordeal started it was just bad service. It now borders gross incompetence.

May we have a truthful update and no more runarounds or excuses.
