Bad services

My Son booked a shipment on the 4th requesting an overnight t the embassy in Pretoria as urgent...The document was only collected on the 5th and delivered on the 7th without any signature as proof that they did receive it. I made 10 calls today to The courier guy to speak to the operators manager because he was going to give me a call back, just to find out that they are sending the driver out again to go and check who he gave the shipment to because they don't know that is going on. My son needed his passport urgently for work purposes. I mean really...I am phoning them since before 8 this morning and no answer yet!!. The operators manager (Daylen Bush) can't even speak for himself, he rather tell the lady at customers services to give me a massage.
