BAD SERVICE/POOR COMMUNICATION

Bad service, stinking attitude from the branch in Witbank. i was suppose to received my package on Monday the 18/05/2026 and somehow the tracking from being out on delivery went back to in transit from Monday till today. because now when i made a follow up, i was told that one of my parcel is missing and it was delivered somewhere else, highly incompetence and now till today no one is giving me feedback regarding my parcels. I'm very disappointment in the poor service i received from Courier guy.

bad service, definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
