Bad service,no follow up...no consumer relations at all

If i could i would rate them with negative stars All 5 negative stars Secunda courier guy delivers late for parcels no overturn But you see in this case they did worst service ever they unprofessional and dont have a sense of urgency ziltch.... They went and delivered my parcel somewhere else and im not getting info on their tracing i should have traveled with the parcel from secunda to durban by now they messed up my entire schedule for the week my clients will loose trust in me.....thank u very much secunda courier guy!!!!Management Jayjay and Cj ...disappeared into thin air from office when i call ahhhhh
