Bad service with The Courier guy Company

I have had a terrible experience with The courier guy. I have nicely packaged a parcel and sent it to Polokwane from Johannesburg, chose overnight courier option. This took 2 weeks at the Polokwane hub until the parcel was broken. It had the fragile red tape and was wrapped with a bubble wrap. They couldn't replace the parcel and they couldn't help in anyway. My advice is that you use better services than the Courier guy.
