BAD SERVICE ( THE COURIER GUY VOLKSRUST )

On Friday 05-06-2020 I phoned the Volksrust branch to do a pickup in Durban, the parcel was suppose to be here on Monday 08/06/2020. I went to the branch on Monday morning to collect my parcel only to find out it has never been picked up and it would only be picked up that afternoon and will be delliverd on Wednesday 10/06/2020. Well today is Wednesday and I'm just from the courier guy and my parcel has not arrived.... This is unexeptable I'm also running a company and my clients depend on me to do the work in time, with service like this it is impossible. This is the third time its hapend to me....
