Bad Service The Courier Guy Lydenburg

I use Courier Guy a couple of times per week for my clients. I never have a problem with it except for when packages needs to be sent to me. There's always a story. I either have to speak to the regional manager or I have to ask for the damn General Managers information before I get any results. I am fed up with this branch. It will reflect bad on myself as these are customers packages i deal with.
