BAD SERVICE - THE COURIER GUY DURBAN

Durban depot have no control over our parcels that have to be delivered and don't seem to have any kind of system to track parcels that have been incorrectly delivered. This is the fourth time my customers do not receive their goods and I need to continually call to find out where the goods are, how come the drivers cannot read a Waybill????
