Bad service The Courier Guy

Tried calling Prellerpleni branch to arrange pick up on 28 May 2024.No answer fo hole day, had to drive15 km to the branch . Arranged overnight pickup.for 30 May 2024 , called supplier at 13h00 to ask if parcel was picked up.Tried calling Plellerplein branch again with no success, had to call other branch to get contact info for manager. Spoke to her about phone not being answered, did not get any response. Told her about pickup not being made. When I checked on the parcel tracking found that parcel not being picked up because driver arrived 17h15 and found closed premises. Now I ask you why more can I do all required info was given and more .Will the courier guy refund me for my losses , I needed that parcel overnight. Not a happy camper , don't think I will recommend or use them in future.
