Bad service - The courier guy

Waybill 88ZJGB, that consist of 2 packages, has been collect at supplier on 24/4/23. One of the two packages has been delivered on 26th. I phone their office and were given a promise that the other box will be delivered on 28th. I phoned them again on 28th and were given another promise of delivery on 2/5/23 which is totally unacceptable. By reading complaints from other unhappy customers, I see you do not even bother to reply to these complaints. Not to mension your ability to return a call. A bad reflection on how important your customers is to you and your unwillingness to rectify your mistakes.
