Bad service The Courier Guy

I had a parcel collected on the 22nd of December and it is not yet delivered and nobody knows where it is. It was an expensive car part which I have now lost. They also dont refund you, in fact, they keep telling you the relevant department will come back to you. I have spent another R600 on airtime, spoke to numerous staff members, who keep promising they will phone you back, but it never happens. I will never use The Courier Guy again and will warn everybody against them. Tracking nr TCG***9
