Bad Service.. The Courier Guy.

Absolutely shocking service. Begin of December 2024, they collected a package that was sent to me.. it got lost along the way.. eventually after the whole of December sending mails and getting ref # after ref #. I get send a claims form in January 2024..form that was sent, could not open, had to request a printable version.. completed it and send attachments.. no feedback.. mailed again.. feedback it will take 10 to 15 days to refund me.. Then get told that the sender has to approve the refund which was done on the 14th of Jan.. No feedback.. after mailing them again.. get told they haven't received the senders mail, which was sent to the courier guys email address with the reference number numbers.. I have now gone so far as to stop any online orders I place if the sender makes use of The Courier Guys service..
