Bad service The Courier Guy

Worst service EVER!!!! And that after they rate themselves as the best company.... On more than one occasion has a person sending a parcel to me paid for overnight service(outlying area, so takes up to 3 days) and then it sometimes takes up to 5 days!!! Last instance happened on 29/08/2019 where a parcel was sent on 26/08/2019 and on the 29/08/2019 nobody, including the manager in East london does not know where the truck is!!!! And worst is they speak to the customer as if they are doing me a favour!!!
