Bad service, still awaiting my parcel

Bad Service. Parcel was already collected on the 1st I was supposed to have my parcel on the 3rd of 4th July 2024. When I phone this morning, they have a locker error they can't tell me when I can have my parcel. I need it today as I have a function on Sunday. They do not even phone or say sorry. It is what it is. What are we paying for. Nobody has any pride doing their job properly.
