Bad Service received from The Courier Guy - Witbank branch

I am disapportant with the service received from The Courier Guy Witbank(the front teller lady) on the 20/07/2023.

what happened is that I booked a collection with them from JHB and when I went to do my quote(18/07/2023) with the measurement from the factory ,She calculated me wrong and gave me a wrong estimate that resulted in me paying R2500 instead of R1050,All she can say was "I understood you wrong " and the Manager "The best solution if you can't pay R5000 amount We sell your parcel to recover our money .I mean I was wrongly understood by their employee !Coz if I knew that I'm supposed to pay a whooping R5000,I would have said No and made alternative arrangements .It is what it is and this costed me so much.

Their communication and people skills must be improved . I don't see myself using The courier guy service again!
