bad service pudo

Poor service from Pudo. Parcel was sent out a week ago from Pudo in Cape Town and has still not been delivered. Bad service!!!! LOCK***7 Parcel was delivered to the wrong locker and we requested the parcel to be delivered to client's address. Still not delivered. One week later! Pathetic
