Bad service once again

I have an account with Courier Guy for ± 3months now. And can maybe approved 3 actions being completed successfully. Recently (yesterday 24 Aug) I had an overnight parcel for a client, booked it at 9:04. When I got home it was still lying on my desk (18h00). Bottom line I had to take the parcel to the depot for the client to get it in time. Needless to say got a call this morning from the driver ... He wanted to collect a parcel!!!!! We asked him why did he not collect yesterday. His answer.. o sorry my airtime was out. He never pushed a button to get the attention at the gate... Nor did he call our garden boy who was working in the area. I do not think he was even close. That being said, I am closing my account!
