Bad Service Of the Courier Guy in Lydenburg

Good Day ,

i have requested a parcel to come from "The Courier Guy Lydenburg" urgently , i whas ****** friday and i work for a company where i can loose my job for not having a phone with me . they told me no they will transfer the package to me urgently and it will be with me today 26 Feb 2018 and today when i emailed the branch manager at The courier guy in lydenburg . he told me in a Sarcastic and ****y way that it will only be with me on tuesday .
