Bad service of Courier guy East London branch

East London branch has done it again, it was not my first time experiencing such bad experience with them every year I send items home during December before I leave so I do not get to carry much luggage’s. Its disappointing to pay so much money for items for them to be delivered after 2weeks what nonsense is that? On the 09th Dec I sent 3 items all at once home in KWT I then left on the 13th Dec only to find out the items only one was delivered the rest was sitting in their branch for what good reasons I do not know. How can an item that I paid R800 for takes 10days to be delivered to even think I could have paid R380 at the airport that that extra luggage and get my things same day. When I called their branch the calls are not picked up and the things that are in the package had yo be used Sunday when they finally pickup the phone I was told they will be delivered next Tues as the Monday 16th is a holiday when I ask why were they separated coz I sent them all at once and going to same address why do you separate items you deliver one and leave others for other days no one wants to take a responsibility. I was then forced to hire a cab that costed be R1000 on top the R800 i paid for courier to go and pickup my parcels from their branch coz the item had to be used on my Moms birthday party Sunday how disappointing and disgusting is their services
