BAD SERVICE! NOT ONCE BUT THREE TIMES

Lack of assistance, forgets to collect parcel, due to their lack of service we lost order and revenue. I called the call centre and asked for assistance they are ducking the fact that they lacked in service and I think its false advertising on radio they don't thrive on service its not the first time hence I took my business elsewhere and they have my money and refuse to re -emberse me my funds.

BAD SERVICE UNEDUCATED SERVICE CONSULTANTS, THEY NEED TO EDUCATE THE CONSULTANTS AND JACK UP - OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT NEED OUR "SMALL BUSINESS"
