Bad service no emergency help

I have sent a parcel urgently to cape town as my husband flu to cape town for his work. I rite on the parcel very very urgent. I said I am willing to pay ekstra also. But he needs the parcel to oday Friday the 5th. Now they talking stories about 3 to 5 days on my pudo app it just shows the boxes locker to locker. Nothing else. He is coming by ack Monday and he will be without a job because he is fired. I really beg for help but their service is non existent can't help you.
