Bad Service, No Accountability!

I paid for the overnight delivery and never received the package until a few days later. I requested that someone from management contact me to resolve the issue and refund me for a service I paid for and never received. My request was discarded and I never even received a response! This issue has cost our business R2300 in loses and furthermore any future income from the client who is no longer willing to deal with us because we couldn't deliver the product they paid for.

I highly recommend everyone to rather look into using another courier that provides the service you pay for and is willing to communicate and resolve any issues you have as a paying customer!
