Bad service (Nelspruit)

Since my parcel has been for delivery but haven’t received any call nor my parcel. If they are busy they must call and let us know. I’ve heated people have been complaining about this company but I thought it was just a bluff until I experienced it my self. The parcel was collected on the 29 from origin but still haven’t received it as is now. Maybe they should just keep their days from 5 to 10 days than 3 to 5 days. This company aren’t professional. And their Nelspruit office they don’t pick up their phone. I have been calling since morning.
